By accessing and placing an order with Ari's Mariposa Decor, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms and conditions contained in these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or place orders.

2. Products and Services

Ari's Mariposa Decor specializes in handcrafted wreaths, teardrop swags, garlands, and seasonal home décor. Each piece is custom-made to order. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, size, and design may occur and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Payment is due at the time of purchase
  • We accept payment through Shopify Payments
  • All transactions are secure and encrypted

4. Orders and Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund
  • Cancellation requests after 24 hours cannot be accommodated as production will have begun
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier
  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information

6. Returns and Refunds

  • All sales are final after the 24-hour cancellation period
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges
  • Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
