SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
All items at Ari's Mariposa Decor are handcrafted to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for production before your item ships. During peak holiday seasons, processing times may be extended. We will notify you if there are any delays with your order.
Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and the size of your order. The carrier will be selected to ensure safe delivery of your handcrafted décor.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and begin after your item has been shipped (not from the order date). Please allow 3-5 business days for processing plus the shipping time selected at checkout.
Total time from order to delivery:
- Standard: 8-12 business days (3-5 days processing + 5-7 days shipping)
- Expedited: 5-8 business days (3-5 days processing + 2-3 days shipping)
- Express: 4-7 business days (3-5 days processing + 1-2 days shipping)
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order.
Damaged or Lost Packages Policy
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact the shipping carrier and Ari’s Mariposa Decor within 24 hours of delivery. Clear photos of the damaged item, shipping box, and packing slip are required.
To allow the carrier to investigate, both the recipient and Ari’s Mariposa Decor are required to file claims with the shipping carrier.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, contact the shipping carrier and Ari’s Mariposa Decor as soon as possible.
For lost packages, both the recipient and Ari’s Mariposa Decor must file claims with the carrier. The recipient must open a claim, and we will also file a claim as the sender.
Packaging
All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Our handcrafted wreaths and décor are wrapped and boxed with protective materials to prevent damage during shipping.
Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons (November-December), we recommend ordering early to ensure delivery by your desired date. Processing and shipping times may be extended during these periods.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once your item is in production (after 24 hours), it cannot be cancelled as it is being custom-made for you.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Customs delays (if applicable)
- Incorrect shipping addresses
- Natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances
Shipping Insurance
