Welcome to Ari's Mariposa Décor, where every handcrafted wreath, swag, garland, and seasonal design is thoughtfully created to celebrate life's special moments and make every home feel warm, welcoming, and beautifully personal.

My love for crafting began with my mother, whose creativity filled our home and inspired me from an early age. Following in her footsteps, I began creating wreaths for family and friends, never imagining that a simple hobby would one day grow into a business dedicated to bringing joy to others through handcrafted décor.

The name Ari's Mariposa Décor holds a very special meaning. "Ari" is my nickname, and Mariposa—the Spanish word for butterfly—symbolizes transformation, hope, and new beginnings.

In 2017, I was diagnosed with Papillary Thyroid Cancer. During my recovery, my family and friends encouraged me to spend time creating wreaths as a way to focus on healing, creativity, and hope. What began as a source of comfort soon blossomed into Ari's Mariposa Décor in May 2018.

Today, every butterfly in my logo serves as a reminder that even life's unexpected seasons can lead to something beautiful. That same spirit of hope, resilience, and renewal inspires every design I create.

Each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted in Houston, Texas, using carefully selected materials and attention to detail. Whether you're decorating for a new season, celebrating a holiday, honoring a loved one, or simply adding beauty to your everyday décor, my greatest joy is knowing that something created with my hands becomes part of your home and your story.
