REFUND POLICY - ALL SALES FINAL
24-Hour Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. To cancel, please contact us immediately at ArisMariposaDecor@gmail.com with your order number. Cancellation requests received after 24 hours cannot be accommodated as your custom piece will already be in production.
No Returns or Exchanges
All sales at Ari's Mariposa Decor are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products after the 24-hour cancellation period.
Why All Sales Are Final
Each wreath, swag, and garland is handcrafted with care specifically for you. Due to the custom, handmade nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun.
Quality Guarantee
While we cannot accept returns, we stand behind the quality of our work. We carefully inspect each piece before shipping to ensure it meets our high standards. If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
